  • Business accounts must provide accurate company information if selling on the platform.

4. Buying on Holo Stacks

  • Product Listings: We and third-party sellers strive to provide accurate descriptions and photos. However, Pokémon cards are collectibles — minor print variations, centering, and surface conditions may exist.
  • Pricing & Taxes: All prices are in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD). You are responsible for any applicable taxes, customs duties, or import fees for international orders.
  • Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to cancel or limit any order at our discretion.
  • Payment: Payments are processed securely. You authorize us to charge your payment method for the full amount including shipping and taxes.

5. Selling on Holo Stacks (Marketplace)

If you sell items on Holo Stacks:

  • You must own the items you list or have the legal right to sell them.

  • We may remove listings that violate our policies.
  • Payouts to sellers are processed after successful delivery and according to our Seller Agreement / Payout Schedule.

6. Authenticity Guarantee

We make reasonable efforts to verify the authenticity of products sold through our platform. For graded cards, authenticity is based on the official grading company’s assessment. However, we do not guarantee future grading outcomes or market value fluctuations.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Engage in price manipulation, shill bidding, or fraudulent activity.

  • Harass other users or post abusive content.
