At Holostacks, we strive to ensure every customer is satisfied with their purchase. However, due to the nature of trading cards and collectibles, we maintain a strict returns and refunds policy.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • Wrong Item Received – You received a product different from what you ordered.
  • Damaged or Defective Product – Item arrived damaged during shipping or is faulty upon arrival.
  • Sealed Products – Must remain factory sealed and unopened. Once the shrink wrap is broken, the item is non-returnable.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Opened sealed boxes or packs
  • All single cards (raw or graded)
  • PSA, BGS, or CGC graded cards
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance”

2. Timeframe

You must notify us of any return request within 7 calendar days of receiving your order. The item must be returned to us within 14 calendar days from the date you received it.

3. Condition of Returned Items

  • All returned products must be in their original condition, including packaging, accessories, and documentation.
  • Sealed boxes must have the original shrink wrap intact with no visible damage or tampering.
  • We reserve the right to inspect all returned items. If the product is found to be opened, used, or damaged by the customer, the return will be rejected.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • If approved, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Shipping fees (both original and return) are non-refundable.

5. Return Shipping Responsibility

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service (DHL, FedEx, etc.).
  • Customers in Hong Kong may arrange return via local courier.

6. How to Request a Return

  2. Provide your Order Number and reason for return.
  3. Await return approval and shipping instructions.
  4. Ship the item back to our Hong Kong address (provided upon approval).

7. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled only before shipment. Once the order has been shipped, it falls under our Returns Policy.

8. Graded Cards Policy

Due to the high value and third-party authentication, no graded cards (PSA/BGS/CGC) are eligible for return or refund unless the card is proven to be counterfeit (which is extremely rare as we verify all graded cards before shipping).
